The alternative of the analysis means having consideration of a few options that are different on the way of assigning resources.
This is the varying of the number of resources and also the type of resources to use.
Most of the time, there are many ways of accomplishing an activity and analysis that is alternative helps to decide between the possibilities.
Published estimation of data is one thing that the manager of a project in many industries uses them to help them in figuring out the number of resources that are needed.
The software of the management of the project, the project often have designed features of helping the manager of the project estimate needs of the resource and constraints and have a good combination of the project assignments (Blokdyk, 2019).
2Estimating of bottom-up means break down of activities that are complex into pieces and work out the assignment’s resources for every piece. It is an estimating individual process resource of activity cost or need and also adds them together to have a total estimate. Estimating of bottom-up is so accurate estimating means, give the estimates at the activity level schedule that are accurate.
