Apply agile tools and techniques to efficiently deliver value. PART 3: PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS 1.) Identify and discuss two specific Project Life Cycle (PLC) stages which influence the
Project Manger’s ability to manage the project. 2.) Examine and discuss potential tradeoffs between scope, quality, cost, and schedule that

constraints to the project. 4.) Apply the required knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques of a project, as defined in
