Professional Responsibilities Training for Project Manager. You are a project manager working in a company that has a central Project Management Office (PMO). Each month a different project manager is assigned to prepare and present a training module for the other project managers. You have been assigned to develop and present a training module focused on what professional responsibility means for project managers.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that has the following titled sections.
For each section other than Agenda, Conclusion, and References, explain what this element of professional responsibility means exactly for project managers and use examples:
· Agenda
· Technical Competence (2-3 slides)
· Continuous Professional Development (2-3 slides)
· Fiduciary of Organizational Resources (2-3 slides)
· Professional Conduct (2-3 slides)
· Responsiveness (2-3 slides)
· Conclusion
· References (the presentation must reference and cite both the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and the PMBOK ® Guide.)
Criteria
· References and in-text citations were used. The PMBOK® Guide and PMI (PMI) Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, at a minimum, were referenced and cited. Your sources should follow proper APA format. Review the APA formats found in the Writing Center.
· Your presentation must contain a minimum of 13 slides.
· Each slide must contain speaker notes of at least 75 words.
