Imagine you are a team of HR generalists assigned to one of the five locations of a local fast food restaurant in your city. The owner has challenged you to create a new performance review.

Research different types of performance reviews and create two 175-word review forms that managers can use with their employees.

Include the following components:

  • Competencies
  • Performance requirements
  • Engagement for two different types of employees (e.g. cooks, counter workers, drive-through, supervisors)

Explain in a total of 175 words why each of the questions that you included would be relevant based upon your research.

Cite any outside sources according to APA formatting guidelines.

 

 

This is our assignment for this week, I have made two Performance Review Docs, one for Cooks and one for Counter Workers. I have also assigned names to requirements, as follows:

Cooks

· Akua- Competencies and Job Performance requirements

· Valerie- Difference between Cooks and Counter workers

· Cora- Why Competencies, Job performance and the difference between Cooks and Counter Workers are relevant.

Counter Workers

· Arnold- Competencies and Job Performance requirements

· Rhonda- Difference between Counter workers and cooks

· Carlos- Why Competencies, Job performance and the difference between Counter workers and Cook are relevant. (175 words)

From what I am understanding Competencies, Job Performance requirements and Difference between Cooks and Counter workers should be 175 words all together, so 90 words for Competencies and Job Performance requirements and 90 words for Difference between Cooks and Counter workers. Why Competencies, Job performance and the difference between Cooks and Counter Workers are relevant should be 175 words by it self. If anyone one is seeing something different or has other ideas please let me know asap so we can make adjustments.
